Holiday villa located in a quiet residential area only 10-15 min walk from the famous marina and beach of Cap d'Agde and close to the medieval village of Agde.

Cap d’Agde is a real resort town, offering a wealth of events and activities. The seaside resort of Cap d’Agde offers a 14 km stretch of coastline with fine sandy beaches, some of which are only accessible by small paths.
In the hinterland you can experience the many remains of the Cathars as well as the great cities such as Carcassonne, Béziers and Montpellier. Of small cozy towns in the hinterland, we can recommend a visit to Roquebrun and Olargues and do not miss the weekly antique market in Saint-Chinian.

The area also offers good local wines and many places you can stop at the local wineries for wine tasting.

The villa has it´s own private, enclosed garden with a pool surrounded by a sun deck, a gazebo where you can relax in the shadow and closed parking.

The villa is in 4 levels and consists of a ground-floor with kitchen/dining room and living room with direct access to the garden and pool. The 1st floor has2 bedrooms with double bed and 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet. On the 2nd floor there is a bedroom with large double bed and private balcony and finally in the basement there is a bedroom with double beds. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
