About Provacances
Our current owner and director, Per Skjøth, started Provacances in 1997 from his then residence in Lubéron in the south of France. Initially, the focus was on renting holiday homes in the scenic Lubéron area, but when the one-man company in the winter of 1997/98 moved to Denmark, it quickly accelerated, and the product palette was expanded to include the entire Provence-Côte d'Azur area.
Over the years, the company has evolved from being a small one-man company with a smaller handful of rental properties in Lubéron to today being one of Europe's largest providers of privately owned villas with pool in the Provence-Côte d'Azur area. PROVACANCES currently counts 8 employees in Denmark and a larger number of local caretakers who all contribute to ensuring the best service to our customers.
At Provacances customers get a personalized guidance from our skilled and committed travel consultants with a great insight into French culture, tourist attractions, sights, and activities. We aim to provide the best service and guidance to our customers. That's why we continuously inspect our holiday homes, so we can always be sure that they live up to our standard.
Our goal is to offer as wide a range of quality homes as possible. Every year we try to increase the quality of our range so that we can always be sure that we can offer the best housing on the market.

Mette Faurby
Has been with Provacances since 2001. Mette has lived and worked in both Brussels and Nice. Besides being responsible for the company's administrative tasks Mette is also responsible for a large part of our holiday homes in Northern and Central France.

Hans Abildgaard Sørensen
Has been with Provacances since 2002 and is a partner in the company. Hans has lived and worked in Provence and studied French at the University of Lyon. He is responsible for property owners in the Provence-Côte d'Azur region.

Tine Grøne
Started at Provacances in 2006. Tine has a master’s degree In French, has worked in Nice and studied at the University of Perpignan. Tine is Provacances' copywriter & webmaster. She is also responsible for property owners in the Provence-Côte d'Azur region.

Anders Emil Eis Jensen
Has been with Provacances since 2006 and is a partner in the company. Anders graduated in computer science and media coordinator in 2000 and works with customer service, system development, marketing and accounting.

Heidi Frantzen
Has been with Provacances since 2012. Heidi is a professional photographer, who specializes in exterior and interior home photography. Heidi is in France several months a year to keep our website updated with new photos of our properties and of the charming region. When Heidi is not in France, she can be found in our office here in Vejle.

Started at Provacances in 2021. May-Britt has lived abroad for 20 years and has an international career behind her. Specialized in development, optimization, and consulting within rental properties, especially in the South of France. Has lived and worked in Vence. May-Britt works with development management and is responsible for property owners in the Provence-Côte-d’Azur region.

Nathalie Lentz
Has been with Provacances since 2012. Nathalie is French and lives in Vence on the French Riviera. She is our local coordinator in Southern France. In addition to French, Nathalie also speaks fluent English. Nathalie is permanently employed during the summer and focuses on quality assurance and problem management.
