Beautiful provencal villa located in the heights behind Nice, only 1 km from the charming medieval village of Carros. The villa is situated on a mountain road between the old Carros Village and the modern Carros Neuf. Close to shops and public transportation.

Carros village is a cozy village with views towards beautiful mountain peaks and the Var river. In the village there is a good restaurant as well as a cozy crêperie. In the nearby area you will also find the villages of Gattieres, St-Jeannet, Vence and St. Paul de Vence and Nice and the Mediterranean beaches are approx. 20 min drive from the house. The area is perfect for those who love cycling and hiking. There are many marked hiking paths and mountain bike trails and for those who love road cycling there is also a wide selection of exciting and challenging cycling routes.

The nearest winery is only 10 min. drive away. “Vignobles Des Hautes Collines de la Côte d 'Azur” In St-Jeannet produces some very good rose, red and white wine and the owner is happy to tell about the place and their production. On the other side of the Var river is the slightly larger wine area "Bellet" which you can also visit. In addition, the coast and hinterland offer a good selection of excellent golf courses, tennis, canyoning, rafting, go-cart, shopping, museums and art galleries.
