Lovely house with great views
The "Villa d'Esterel" is located between Saint-Raphael and Cannes in the small town of Théoule/Miramar on the beautiful Côte d’Azur. You can either reach the closest beach, which is only 700 m away, by taking a ten-minute walk or by taking the car which can be parked right by the beach.
The calanques offer a one-of-a-kind bathing experience. Even during the holiday season those small rocky bays make the impression of tranquillity and solitude, although they are only at five minutes’ distance from the hustle and bustle of the “Côte”. The wild but romantic coastal street, the corniche de l’Estérel, offers breathtaking views on the Mediterranean. The Estérel mountains invite to romantic walks or even to vast hiking tours. Restaurants for every taste and every budget nearby. Facilities for shopping are either in Miramar or in Théoule. Water-sportsmen (even divers) or mountain-bikers: For all of them, the region offers plenty of opportunities. In Winter season, there are only 60 kms to drive to the next Ski resorts of the Sea Alps (Stations du Mercantour: 125 km). And also on the cultural side, there are treasures everywhere.
The villa is equipped with three air conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms, one guest restroom, kitchen, living/dining room, swimming pool, garden, carport, two terraces as well as one balcony. From the villa’s hillside you have a fantastic view on the beautiful surrounding nature.
From the entry you get to the living and dining area. The kitchen is separated from the dining room only by a counter. A wide sliding door of glass leads to the large roofed veranda outside. From there, you have a free view on the hills of Miramar and down the valley towards the Sea. The swimming pool is located underneath the veranda. Four deck chairs in teak are grouped around the pool, next to fragrant flowers. On the basement floor there are three sleeping rooms as well as two bathrooms. Each sleeping room has direct access to the balcony and the pool and has plenty of storage space. A housework room with washing/drying machine is also located in the basement. The garden with its Mediterranean flora is cobbled with nature stone and offers beautiful corners for relaxing.
We would like to indicate that outside the summer period there will be limited sun by the pool and terrace area due to the location of the house.
