The best was the Pool-Area, all was very comfortable and well equipped. A good time to stay outside. The house sleeps 5 very comfortably at ground level in air-conditioned rooms and 2 private baths. Very good to stay with our kids. Downstairs there are 4 more beds with private bath and access to the Pool-area. These are OK, even if they have no AC. There is a great view to the seaside and the opposite hills. Unfortunately, the house is quite far from Nice or shops for daily needs. You have to plan a little better and buy for longer.
