Disability of local Provacances representative to assist in urgent problems (absence of knowledge of English, the given contact phone is office number and is available only in working hours, representative is not aware of basic things related to property maintenance (pool, internet). Basically, he was a very poor quality link between the Tenant and Landlord and could not resolve some urgent matters
We are sorry for the problems. The internet connexion has been replaced by now. The local representative is normaly very good at solving problems very fast. Sorry that you did not experience this.
