It is a gorgeous villa with a lovely view in a quiet area, but with everything you need just a few hundred meters away. An absolutly perfect place to start excursions from, because you are at all the nice places in about one hour...like Nice, Cannes, Plage Sainte Aygulf etc. The owners love their house and you can see it!
