Traditional Provencal townhouse in the heart of the cozy medieval village of Callian - high up and with great views over the area. Callian is a small village with charming narrow streets and alleys, with the old castle dominating the top of the village. The village has a small selection of small shops and a few restaurants. In the neighboring town of Montautoux there is a weekly street market and in the surrounding area there are other pretty villages, good shopping, one of the best golf courses in the South of France and the large swimming lake Lac de Saint-Cassian. There are also many opportunities for walking, cycling, canyoning and mountain biking.

The front of the house opens onto a small, quiet road with off-street parking and access to a small garage. At the rear of the house, with panoramic views of the area, is the garden and pool. Here you can relax on a sun lounger by the pool and if it's too hot you can find shade on the covered terrace at the same level as the pool.

The charming townhouse has 5 levels.
Entrance is on the 1st floor where you will find the heart of the house - a lovely kitchen/living room with dining area, sofa corner and access to a terrace with pergola and views to the pool.

On the 2nd floor of the house there is 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, bath and toilet, 1 separate toilet and another double bedroom (can be converted into 2 single beds).

On the 3rd floor there is 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 separate toilet and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (can be converted into 2 single beds).

The top floor has 1 living room and a terrace with views.

On the lower floor with access to the garden there is a toilet and a utility room with washing machine. In the garden there are 2 nice covered terraces (one by the pool) and 1 outdoor shower with water heater.
