Beautiful holiday villa located in the countryside close to Cortona. It is located on a hilltop and has a panoramic view over the surrounding area. The well-known villages of Cortona, Montepulciano and Pienza are all reachable within 45 min. drive. Close to the villa you will also find the big Trasimeno Lake where you can swim and go sailing.

The villa has a large garden with lawn and a big pool of 12 x 6 m. The pool is surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. In another part of the garden go will also find a patio where you can relax in the shadow and enjoy the view. Parking on the plot.
