This charming villa, built in the second half of the 18th century, is the centre of a property of over 18 acres of woods and olive groves. It is on the western slopes of Mount Albano, approximately 250mt. above sea level. From the house the view spans over hills, olive groves, chestnut woods and oak trees.
Originally it was composed of two farm houses which have been joined together (maintaining however a certain independence if required). The house is located in a very quiet area as the traffic is limited to the cars of people living nearby.
The owners have carried out an accurate and rigorous renovation using only materials recovered from the surrounding area and period while ensuring a structure wiht respects of the norms of sustainable architecture.
The living areas have been carefully renovated, particularly taking care of the details, such as: antique furniture, ornaments, antique doors, prints, paintings and Persian carpets.
The two level villa has every possible modern comfort.
Ground floor: two kitchens; one a well equipped kitchen for 6 people and the other, the main kitchen for 8 people. On one side of the house there is a dining room for 8 people, next to a sitting room with an antique fireplace with a double sofa bed. On the other side of the house there is another sitting room with antique furniture too and a double sided fireplace, facing the big dining room (sitting 16 people). To complete the ground floor there are a TV room with a double sofa bed and a billiard room. Two bathrooms with shower, one with laundry facilities.

First floor: 4 double bedrooms (the yellow, the green, the pink and the blue room), all with own bathroom. The blue room has a loft with a single bed. The bathroom of the yellow room has a bathtub, the others have a shower. 1 bedroom with 3 single beds and a bedroom with a single bed, these two bedrooms share a bath with bathtub and shower.
The saltwater pool with max. 0,7% salt, incorporates a jacuzzi is a few meters from the house. The guests can take advantage of a changing room with showers and toilet.
The following is included in the price: welcome basket, light welcome dinner (with local products) including wine and water, continental breakfast the following morning and 3 hours cleaning Wednesday.
Possibility of extra cleaning (12 € per hour), babysitter (10 € per hour), change of linen and towels (160 € per week), beauty treatment, daily shopping, dinner or lunch on request and much more. Upon request and payment what follows can also be arranged: cooking classes, wine tasting, cheese and olive oil tasting, truffle hunting, cultural excursions and painting courses and so on.
Electricity consumption above 250 kw per week will be charged according to the meter (0,35 € per kw.). Small well behaved dogs are welcomed, prior previous arrangement.
