Elegant villa located in the hamlet of Fabbrica, built in Medieval times by the noble families of the Grand Duchy of Tuscany. It sits on a top of a hill overlooking the stunning Tuscan countryside.
The villa can accommodate up to 13 people and is spread over 2 floors.
The ground floor consists of a kitchen, a living room with fireplace, a dining room with large crystal table, a library, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bathroom with shower.
The 1st floor is reached by a shone and wrought iron staircase. A corridor is leading to 2 bedrooms with double beds. Another corridor leads to 2 bedrooms with single beds. In 3 of these bedrooms it is possible to add an extra bed for children. There is also 1 bathroom with shower and 1 bathroom with bathtub.
Outdoor near the kitchen and reached by 2 French doors, is the garden with a stone floored loggia with it’s dining table and chairs. Here you can enjoy your outdoor meals and relax in the shade on comfortable sofas. Shaded by a hundred year old wisteria, you can sit here and admire the amazing view of vineyards, olive trees and the rolling hills all the way to Volterra.
From a tiled staircase you can reach the lower garden with the swimming pool. On this terrace you will find 2 imposing lime trees and protected by a stone wall you will here find total privacy. From here you have a panoramic view over the surrounding area. In the pool there is jacuzzi jet points and as the water dept is no higher than 1,3 m, the pool is also very suitable for children.
