Villa La Selvicciola is a typical old farmhouse located on the wine estate Badia di Morrona halfway between Pisa and Volterra, surrounded by the Tuscan countryside with rolling hills, woodland, olive trees and the estates own vineyards. The village of Terricciola is located 4 km away and the historical cities of Florence, Siena, Lucca and Pisa is reachable within a short drive. The Mediterranean beaches is 40 km away. 800 m from the villa you will find the restaurant “La Fornace” (belonging to the estate). Here you can get splendid Tuscan food.
The villa is located among the vineyards overlooking the Tuscan countryside. In front of the house there is a nice terrace and a few steps away from the villa the large pool is located. The pool is surrounded by a sun deck with sun loungers for everybody and a gazebo where you can relax in the shadow. Access to the property via electric gates. Parking for several cars.
The villa of 450 m2 is in 2 levels and consists of a ground-floor with large living room / dining room, kitchen, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and private bathroom with shower and toilet and 2 separate toilets.
On the 1st floor there is 7 bedrooms – 3 with double beds and 4 with each 2 single beds. All bedrooms have private bathrooms – 5 with shower and 2 with bathtub/shower and toilet.
All bedrooms have air conditioning and mosquito nets in the windows.
