Large villa for up to 18 persons located in quiet and rural surroundings with panoramic views over the Tuscan countryside. The villa is located close to the village of Brolio and in short driving distance to both Arezzo, Cortona, Siena, Montepulciano and the large Trasimeno lake.
The villa is surrounded by olive groves and has a large beautiful garden and closed parking for several cars. The large outdoor pool is 12 x 6 m surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers and gazebo is fenced. From here you can enjoy the beautiful view. The villa also has a large verandah with sliding doors.
The large villa is of 800 m2 and has terracotta floors, wooden beams and brick ceilings and is decorated with elegant antique furniture. The villa is in 3 floors.
The ground-floor consists of: entrance, lounge with fireplace and bar, dining room, modern professional kitchen, glassed in verandah for dining, laundry room with washing machine, one bathroom with toilet and hand basin, 1 bedroom with double bed and a private bathroom with shower. On this floor you will also find the indoor pool with countercurrent swimming system and hydromassage, sauna and bathroom with shower – Please notice that use of the indoor pool area must be booked in advance and costs 350 EUR/week.
The 1st floor can be reached by stairs or lift and consists of: 2 suites, each with sitting room with fireplace, bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with hydromassage bath. Besides the 2 suites there is 1 bedroom with sitting room, double bed and private bathroom with shower and 4 bedrooms with double beds and private bathrooms with shower.
The 2nd floor/attic has an attic bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower. The lowest part of the ceilings of this bedroom and bathroom is 180 cm.
