The villa is situated close to Nîmes and the charming town of Sommieres with local market on Saturdays. The town of Nimes is approximately 9 km from Langlade and is a great city with arena and a wide selection of restaurants and shops. From the neighbouring village of Cavairac an old railway line has been transferred to a 18 km long cycle path, where you can cycle all the way to Sommieres and along the way enjoy the beautiful scenery of olive groves, vineyards and bull farms.
The property has a garden of 370 m2 with private pool secured by an alarm and which is open from the early spring to mid-October. The pool is surrounded by a sun terrace where you can lie down and relax in the sun. Meals can be enjoyed under the large covered terrace. The garden is closed by a high hedge and is very private.
The house has been kept in bright colors and has a natural inflow of light. There are shutters and good insulation, which keeps a nice indoor temperature.
