Villa Cerqueto is a large farmhouse located in the hills of Alta Tuscia, about 3 kilometers from the center of Acquapendente, on the border between Lazio, Umbria and Tuscany.

The farmhouse is a beautiful stone house built in the 2nd half of the 19th century. It combines modern comfort with original Tuscan architecture. It consists of 6 separate apartments all with private terraces and a large illuminated garden with lawn, gazebo and built-in BBQ´s. Shaded parking area for several cars.

Next to the house you will find the large pool area surrounded by a sun deck with garden furniture, sun loungers and parasols. Large pool of 14 x 7 m with integrated children pool.

The farmhouse consists of 6 apartments with a total of 11 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms:

Apartment Castagno – 2 persons is located on the ground-floor and is a studio apartment with combined kitchen/living room with double bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Apartment Ginestra – 2-4 persons is located on the ground-floor and has a combined living room/kitchen with sofa bed, 1 bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Apartment Farro – 4-6 persons is located on the 1st floor and consists of a combined living room/kitchen with sofa bed, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet.

Apartment Vite – 4-6 persons is located on the ground-floor and consists of a combined living room/kitchen with sofa bed, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Apartment Ulivo – 4-6 persons is located on the ground-floor and consists of a combined living room/kitchen with sofa bed, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Apartment Girasole – 6-7 persons is located on the 1st floor and consists of a combined living room/kitchen with sofa bed for 1 person, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with queen size double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet.

A large dining room (see photo no. 52) can be rented for 150 EUR/day
