Beautiful location in the middle of the vineyards

Charming large villa for up to 23 persons located in the middle of the vineyards just outside the small village of San Pancrazio between Bucine and Arezzo. The villa has a large entirely fenced 3500 m2 park with automatic gate, parking for many cars, large swimming pool of 12 x 6 m, a playground for the smallest children, a nice BBQ-area, a large covered terrace and the most enchanting view over the vineyards.

The property consists of a large villa separated in 4 apartments and a separate side building.

The villa is in 3 floors and consists of:
Ground-floor: kitchen, large living room/ding room with sofas and dining table for many persons, 2 bathrooms and an apartment with living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet and 2 bedrooms with double bed.

1st floor: 1 apartment with kitchen/living room with sofa bed and 2 bedrooms with double bed and private bathrooms with shower and toilet. 1 apartment with kitchen/living room with sofa bed and 1 bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower and toilet. 1 apartment with kitchen/living room with sofa bed and 1 bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower and toilet. Staircase to a mezzanine floor with double bed and private bathroom with shower and toilet.

Annexe: Separate house in 2 levels that consists of a ground floor with kitchen/sitting room and a bathroom with toilet and shower. 1st floor with 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet.

All tableware/kitchenware is in the kitchen on the ground-floor of the villa. The kitchens in the apartments is only equipped as kitchenettes

It is possible to have weddings, familie diners and other celebrations at the villa. The owners can help with services like catering service, baby sitting, shopping/filled fridge at arrival and many other things. Please ask Provacances for prices.

The price is based on 17 persons. The max. capacity of the holiday home is 23 persons - the last 6 sleeps on sofa beds. At more than 17 persons an extra fee of 15 EUR/day/bed must be paid.
