Large 18th-century property located very peacefully in the middle of vineyards on a 4-hectare plot near the very charming village of Beaumes-de-Venise. The area offers many exciting villages and beautiful scenery such as Mont Ventoux - the bald mountain and the old city of Avignon, both only 30 km away.

The property has a private tennis court which can be lit and a large pool which can be heated, and which can also be lit in the evening. In the park there is a small chapel and a pond with ducks.

The property is on three floors and furnished with kitchen, dining room, living rooms - one a library with billiards. There is a total of 11 bedrooms (5 of them with ensuite bathrooms), 8 bathrooms in total and 3 separate toilets.

A caretaker lives in a house on the plot and is available during your stay.
