This beautiful villa is an old country house which has been converted into a very confortabel holiday home in a typical Tuscan country style. You will find this holiday home in the hills of the countryside of Montaione, near San Gimignano and between Florence and Volterra, surrounded by cultivated fields and woodlands. From here the peaceful countryside extends for kilometres as far as the eye can see.
There are two buildings on this property, the villa and the annexe and this is excellent accommodation for large groups of family or friends who want to spend a holiday together yet keeping their privacy. The main villa is made up of 6 apartments and the annexe of 2 apartments. All the apartments are independent and all face out. In front of the villa there is a beautiful lawn equipped with the best garden furniture and then there is the beautiful pool from where you can enjoy all the view. The pool has steps leading into the water and the Jacuzzi (0.70m deep) at the very end. The pool, loggia and garden are all lit up at night.
Guests can enjoy sitting out under the large covered terrace equipped with a large dining table and a kitchen (double electric oven, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine for American coffee, toaster) with double barbeque.

Ginestra apartment - Ground Floor – 75m2 - 4 pers.
Private independent entrance. 1 double bedroom with 1 private shower room , 1 twin bedroom with 1 ensuite shower room, living / dining area, country kitchen. Steps between living and bedroom area.
Fiordaliso apartment – First Floor – 70m2 - 3 pers.

Neither the main villa nor the annexe has a commun living area.
All the apartment have central heating, air conditioning, satellite TV, Internet access. The laundry room is in a common room (washing machine, drier). Included in the price: central heating, air conditioning, Internet connection, a maid for 3 hours (Monday and Thursday) to clean the bathrooms and change the bathroom linen, 4 hours on Wednesday to clean the living room and the kitchen, final cleaning, beach towels for use at the pool with weekly change, welcome basket, hairdryer in all the bathrooms, ironing board and iron.
To be requested at the moment of booking and paid for on location: local cook or chef, catering-service, shopping and delivery service on arrival/during your stay, folding baby bed up to 2 ½ years (90 EUR/week), highchair (25 EUR/week), baby bath(25 EUR/week), extra bed (350 EUR/week).
