Here you find a typical Tuscan holiday houses situated in the middle of a beautiful and peaceful natural surrounding nearby the small village of San Vivaldo. The town of Montaione is 7 km away with all shopping possibilities, restaurants and bars. In addition, a pathway through the woods (1,5 km) leads to the village of Iano where there is a restaurant and a small convenience store. San Gimignano, Volterra, San Miniato, Siena, Florence and Pisa can be easily reached.
An ideal place for families with children and lovers of nature and peace. Due to its unique geographical position it is definitely an ideal starting point for the cities of art and a special place for refreshment and rest at the time of return. For those wishing to do outdoor sports, on the estate there are paths that lead into the woods allowing long hikes on foot and by bike. You can look for mushrooms and chestnuts, but also relax with a good book in the shade of centuries-old holm oak or by the pool.
The house is surrounded by a large garden with lawns and many trees where you can find a nice place in the shadow. The large swimming pool (16 x 6 meters) is situated in the garden in a wonderful position, from which you can admire a beautiful panorama. There is also a small pool for children, 6 x 3 meters.
The villa is on two levels with the following arrangement:
Ground floor: Large Entrance, large living room with fireplace, dining area, kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet and 1 separate toilet.
First floor: 3 double bedrooms of which two with an extra bed. 3 bedrooms with two single beds. 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet.
Outside you have a large external furnished loggia wiht garden and lounge furniture. On the first floor above the loggia there is also a nice terrace with view over garden.
The holiday house and the swimming pool are for the exclusive use of guests. The house where the owner live is behind the holiday house and they have two very sweet dogs. Part of the space you have to share with them, but they assure you the most complete privacy, also because they care a lot about their own.
This place is located in the woods about 1 km of dirt road from the main road access. It is an isolated place where only the sounds of nature can be heard, but at the same time safe and accessible.
