A welcoming property, located on a hill among vineyards and olive groves, now converted into a cosy holiday home. At short distance from other noteworthy towns and villages in Tuscany.
The property consists of 7 apartments, each with its own private entrance. The rooms are large and comfortable, the kitchens are well equipped, and the bathrooms are all equipped with shower.
All around the main house there is a large garden with swimming pool, solarium, barbecue and garden forniture. The very friendly owners live on site.
The villa, which here is rented as a complete unit, offers the following accommodations:
2 room apartments (5 in total): 3 on the ground floor (with porch), and 2 on 1st floor (with a covered terrace). Kitchen/living room (with sofa bed for 2 persons), 1 bedroom with double bed and one bathroom with shower.
3 room apartments (2 in total): on the ground floor (with porch).
Kitchen/living room (with sofa chair for 1 person), 1 bedroom with double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds. 1 bathroom with shower.
Upon request and payment the following can be arranged: cooking courses, wine tasting etc.
