Nice holiday house with beautiful garden and private pool located on the outskirts of Narbonne. The house is located in a nice residential area. The main shops are located less than 2 km away. It's a great compromise for those customers who want to combine beach holiday with cultural experiences.
Gruissan and Narbonne plage offer beautiful, wide, sandy beaches. Narbonne, which is the oldest Roman colony in Gaul, offers several architectural gems, including the impressive archbishop’s palace in Gothic style and the Saint-Just-et-Pasteur Cathedral, both from the 13th century. Nearby you will also find the medieval town of Minerve and the impressive fortress Cité de Carcassonne, both on UNESCO's world heritage list.
The house (100 m2) is nicely furnished for 6 people. It is attached to the owner’s house. However, they are rarely in the house during the summer period. The house is situated on a 2500 m2 plot , of which 1.000 m2 are common and 500 m2 private. The pool is reserved exclusively for tenants.
The house consists of: ground floor with entrance hall, kitchen/living room with air-conditioning, dining room, 1 separate WC, 1 bedroom with double bed (160 cm) and shower room, and 1 separate toilet, 1 bedroom with double bed (140 cm) and shower room, and 1 separate toilet.
1st floor with bedroom with 1 double bed (140 cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm), 1 bathroom with tub, and 1 separate toilet.
The garden is 2500 m2, well planted and fully closed. Here is a nice pool area, sun loungers and a covered terrace with table and chairs. The garden has a large built-in barbecue.
