Beautiful villa surrounded by beautiful surroundings
Beautiful villa located on a hilltop in the middle of the rolling Tuscan countryside with beautiful views of the area. The villa is close to Gaville Castle and approx. 15 min. drive from Figline Valdarno and the wine capital of Greve in Chianti and approx. 40 min.drive from both Florence, Siena and Arezzo. In Figline Valdarno there are plenty of shopping opportunities, weekly market and a wide selection of cafes and restaurants.
The villa is on the same grounds as the owner's private villa but is completely private. The owner is present if the tenants need help and recommendations, but otherwise they stay for themselves. The villa is completely renovated and appears very nice. In front of the house is the garden and the pool. The pool area is surrounded by olive trees and bounded by oak trees. The pool is 10 x 5 m and has under water seats with massage jets. Around the pool there is a nice sun terrace with sun loungers and pergola. Around the garden there are several small terraces, both open and covered, where you can enjoy the silence, the view and a cool glass of wine.
The villa is on 2 levels and contains: Ground-floor: Large dining kitchen, living / dining room with direct access to the large covered terrace, entrance hall, bathroom with shower and toilet and 1 laundry room.
1st floor: 1 double bedroom and private bathroom with shower and toilet, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet and 1 bedroom with 1 single bed and access to large terrace.
In May, June, September and October the accommodation can be booked with flexible arrival day. However, the accommodation must still rented out for a minimum of 7 days.
At more than 1 weeks rental clients must pay for a weekly cleaning, 60 EUR/week
