Child-friendly holiday home with private pool
Independent villa set in the typical context of Chianti, surrounded by vineyards, olive-groves and small woods. The villa rises in a dominant position upon a little lake.
The property dates back to the beginning of the XIX century, during which it was part of the farm of the Count Bandini, neighbouring the village of Sant'Andrea in Percussiva where Niccolò Machiavelli lived. The interiors of the villa are the typical ones of farmhouses of Chianti, Val di Pesa.
Ground floor: huge kitchen (electric and microwave oven, dishwasher, gas fires, fridge/freezer), a toilet, a lounge with a double sofa bed and hi-fi stereo system, TV room with another double sofa bed and with satellite and dolby surround television and DVD player. Laundry.
1st floor: two bedrooms with double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds each. 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet. In every bedroom there is an air conditioning system.
2nd floor: here you find the Piccionaia, with a spacious bath equipped with Jacuzzi.
Outside a nice garden with swimming pool, a barbecue, sun chairs, umbrellas and gazebo. Access to the property is via a 1 km gravel road, with an automatic gate at the entrance and private parking.
The villa can accommodate up to 12 people: 8 persons in the bedrooms, two in the lounge, which could be considered as another room with its comfortable matrimonial sofa bed and another two persons in the TV room.
The owner offers the guests a "pizza night" during their stay.
An extra charge of 50,00 EUR/person for the 11th and the 12th person.
