Beautiful Tuscan farmhouse located in quiet and scenic surroundings in the heart of the Tuscan countryside and only 19 km from the beach. The charming hilltop village of Montecatini Val di Cecina is located approx. 30 min. drive away. This villa has the perfect location for those who appreciate the Tuscan hinterland but still wants to be close to the Sea.
The holiday house is an ideal starting point for many excursions. You can discover the artistic and historical treasures as Florence, Pisa and Siena or you can relax at the beaches of Cecina. Gourmet cooks and wine connoisseurs will appreciate the proximity to some excellent restaurants and Bolgheri vineyards.
The farm house is located on a large estate as a part of an active farm with olive groves, truffle cultivation and walnut plantation. The holiday home is located on the ground-floor of the main house and has access to a large private garden with terraces, covered terrace with BBQ and pizza oven and the beautiful pool area with large saltwater pool and views over the meadows and the Tuscan hills. You can also take a nap in the shadow under the Eucalyptus trees.
The entire ground-floor of the Tuscan farmhouse has been converted into a fantastic holiday home. The floor area of this apartment is 270 m2 and consists of hall with billiard table, dining room with large dining table, sitting room, open fireplace, kitchen with direct access to the terrace and 3 double rooms with king size beds and private bathrooms with either bathtub or shower. All bed rooms are big enough to add an extra bed.
