Villa situated on a large private ground southwest of Orange. The Mediterranean coast is 100 km away.. Many golf courses in the area. Very fascinating area with vineyards and roman architecture. Good starting point for excursions in the area.

Very charming typical Provencal stone house in 2 levels, situated on a large ground. Nice closed garden with lawn and many trees. Large heated pool (minimum 28 degrees). Large terrace in front of the house and by the pool. Automatic gate at the road. Nice carport for 2 cars.

Ground floor: Living room of 40 m2 with open fireplace and exit to terrace. Well-equipped kitchen of 20 m2 with exit to the terrace and also with access to a 70 m2 extension from 2014 containing a large living room with exit to another terrace. Laundry room of 12 m2 with 2 washing machine, tumble dryer, and extra refrigerator. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with large double bed. Bedroom with double bed and exit to a private covered terrace. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Bathroom with tub, shower and separate toilet.
