Situated in the heart of Tuscany, at the top of a beautiful valley, between the hills of Val d'Orcia and Val di Chiana you will find this ancient farmhouse, decorated with old materials and following bio architectural laws.
Situated in a strategic position for visiting the most famous cultural, artistic and natural places of the region.

The house is composed of a 2 storey building with two separate apartments (here presented and rented as one unit). Both apartments are very nice and comfortably furnished.
Garden and pool area with a beautiful view. The pool area is below the house and it is fenced.

Ground floor apartment: living room and dining room with fireplace and panoramic view and access to the terrace and garden. Fully equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms with double beds. 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. The ground floor apartment has fans in all rooms.

First floor apartment: living room with fireplace, sofa beds for two persons, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, and access to the terrace with a beautiful view on the Tuscan countryside. 2 bedrooms with double bed. 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet. The first floor apartment has air conditioning in the living room and both bed rooms.

Breakfast service available. On request it is possible to organize cooking classes with a professional chef. In the surrounding area it is possible to practice several activities, such as: cycling, hiking, horse riding, climbing, hot air balloon, paramotor training and many more.

In the home there is a wellness area in the home (sauna and jacuzzi) which can be used in the middle and low season. It costs EUR 30/day + regular electricity consumption according to the meter.
If you wish to use the wellness area, this must be ordered before arrival.
