Holiday home ideally located in northern Tuscany, making this a very good starting point for sightseeing. In the town of Collodi, 12 km far away, children can encounter a well known figure from their childhood, Pinocchio.
This independent villa is the centre of a property of over 24 acres of woods and olive groves. At the complex only materials (such as the old door of massive wood) from the surrounding area and period have been used. On the other hand, the house has every possible modern comfort.
The villa is surrounded by a charming park with swimming pool, and olive trees. The pool is a few meters above the level of the villa, from here the guests can enjoy a magnificent view of the valley and of the olives grove.
This three level house is composed of:
Ground floor: a spacious welcome room and a laundry room.
First floor: can be reached both by the internal stairs, and the external staircase. A fully equipped kitchen, with access to the garden. A large room divided into a dining room and a cosy living room with fireplace. A double bedroom. A bath with shower.
Second floor: 4 double bedrooms (the light blue, the yellow, the ochre and the green room). Every room is individually furnished, following the colour of its name. From every bedroom there is a view over the park. Where possible the frescoes have been restored. All bedrooms have air conditioning and en suite bathrooms with shower.
In the park there is a small chapel, dating back to the 19th century, the perfect place for celebrating a romantic wedding.
Possibility of extra cleaning (12 € per hour), babysitter (10 € per hour), change of linen and towels (160 € per week), beauty treatment, daily shopping, dinner or lunch on request and much more.
Upon request the following can also be arranged: cooking classes, wine tasting, cheese and olive oil tasting, truffle hunting, cultural excursions and painting courses and so on (to be paid upon location).

The city is divided by the alga-green Arno river. Along the river, beautiful palaces were built in the 16th century. Nowadays, they hide the humble constructions, built behind.
