Quiet surroundings with beautiful views to the Mont Ventoux
Situated in beautiful and peaceful surroundings on the top of a south facing hillside. The property is divided into 4 levels on which the pool area is situated on the upper level behind the house. On the other levels in the garden it is possible to find shadow under the mulberry trees and olives. From everywhere there is a beautiful panoramic view: from the east toward Mont Ventoux, from the south east towards Les Dentelles de Montmirail and from the south west towards Côtes du Rhône. In the evening it is possible to see the lights of Avignon.
In the village Villedieu there is a grocery with all necessary alimentations, a post office, a kiosk, and a café. During the summer period there are several restaurants as well. At Vaison-la-Romaine there are all kinds of shops and some very fine restaurants.
By the pool, located behind the house, there is a large south-facing terrace with sun loungers. From here there are views of the surrounding vineyards.
The house is a traditional Provencal style house in two levels. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, a large bathroom with tub and shower, and 1 separate toilet. Living room with dining area. The living room is furnished with 2 sofas, armchair, fireplace and dining table with room for 8 persons. From the living room there is access to the large south facing terrace with table and chairs and barbeque. Well equipped kitchen with access to the terrace facing east (morning sun) with table and chairs.
The 1st floor consists of a mezzanine of 25 m2, which is a great place for reading. Access to a sun terrace of 25 m2 with panoramic view. The terrace is totally private. Two bedrooms with double beds, bathroom with shower and toilet. All the bedrooms have integrated wardrobes.
Smoking and open fire is not allowed.
NB! In this villa babies are also included in the total number of persons.
