Charming holiday home in a good location close to Florence
Beautiful holiday house located in the countryside a few km outside Montelupo Fiorentino, close to Florence. Montelupo Fiorentino is known as the “Town of Ceramics” and has all kind of shops, large supermarket and restaurants.
The holiday house is surrounded by olives and cypress trees and has a panoramic view over the green hills and the Tuscan countryside. It has its own garden with a spacious veranda equipped with table, chairs and deck chairs where you can relax at all time of the day. On a level below the villa you will find the wonderful infinity pool with jacuzzi. At the pool you will find a sun terrace with sun beds and armchairs and the entire pool area is framed by a lawn and the wooded rolling hills.
The villa is in 2 floors and consist of a ground-floor with large kitchen/dining room with access to the garden and terrace, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet.
1st floor: Cozy living room with comfortable sofas, where one of them can easily be transformed into a double sofa-bed. 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet.
