Holiday house with pool and view near Vaison-la-Romaine

Holiday home for 8 persons

Panoramic view of Mont Ventoux in quiet surroundings

Lovely holiday home with private pool and beautiful views of Mont Ventoux, located just a 2 minutes’ drive from the village of Mollans-sur-Ouvèze, with supermarket, bakery and restaurants and within 10 minutes you will reach Vaison-la-Romaine , known for its Roman ruins, the medieval town and the cathedral. Must-visits in the area are also the mountain range, Les Dentelles de Montmirail, a paradise for climbing, hiking and mountain biking, as well as the old city of the popes, Avignon, with the Popes’ Palace, overlooking the Rhône river.

The house exudes Provencal charm and authenticity, and at the same time it appears refurbished, bright and friendly. It is south facing, so you can enjoy the sun all day in the garden or at the pool, but you can also find shade on the terraces and the small spots in the garden under the olive trees while you enjoy the fantastic panoramic views of the vineyards and Mont Ventoux. The house is all in all surrounded by nature, so if you like to go bicycling, hiking or jogging there are many opportunities very close by.

The house is on two levels and consists on the ground floor of an open-plan kitchen with dining area and living room with direct access to the terrace and garden, 3 spacious bedrooms, a small office, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, and a utiliy room.
Upstairs is another bedroom with a private bathroom and toilet. Up here you will also find a small terrace.
