Beautifully located villa with panoramic views in peaceful surroundings
South facing holiday home, situated in the heart of the Northern Tuscan countryside, only 9 km from the charming and unique medieval town of Lucca. The villa is situated at the end of a gravel road and is surrounded by olive groves and forest. From the holiday home and pool area there is a panoramic view over the surrounding countryside and the Tuscan hills.
The villa is an old barn furnished and decorated in a very attractive style. From here you can enjoy the Tuscan countryside and its magnificent weather. The villa has a terrace of 90 m2 that goes around 3 sides of the house. On the South side you have beautiful views over the surrounding area and on the East side terrace is a perfect shady place for outdoor meals. Just in front of the house you will find the L-shaped pool.
The villa is in 2 levels and contains a ground floor with kitchen with an old fireplace that can be used as a barbeque, sitting room with sofas and dining table for 6 persons, living room with fireplace, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower, laundry room, storage room for luggage.
A staircase leads you up to the 1st floor that contains: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds that can easily be put together as a double bed. This bedroom has an en suite bathroom. 1 master bedroom with double bed and 1 bathroom with bathtub.

Please notice! As the villa is situated in the countryside and access to the villa is by an uneven gravel road, you might consider not to arrive in a sport car or other low-riding vehicle.
A daily housekeeping service is offered (except on Sundays). The housekeeper will pass by and clean the house (not the kitchen area). Other services like laundry, ironing, cooking and baby sitting can be provided at extra cost.
