Lovely and child friendly villa with stunning views and village location
This beautiful villa is located at the end of the picturesque village of Iano, whose origins date back to the Etruscan times, it is in the territory of Montaione which lies in the triangle of the provinces of Pisa, Florence and Siena, an ideal starting point for visiting San Gimignano, Volterra and the most beautiful artistic Tuscan cities which can be easily reached by car.
The villa functioned as the school of the hamlet till the ’70, it is stylishly furnished with 1900 furniture. There are two entrance doors, making the whole house ideal for your dream holiday whether on your own, with a large family or with friends, it is ideal to spend a quiet holiday, completely relaxing amongst olive trees.
Spacious living room with fireplace. Kitchen with dining area and separate dining room. 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with double bed (queen size), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 4 bathrooms with shower and toilet.
The swimming pool with Roman steps and a children’s area is located in the garden, where you can find a pretty wrought iron gazebo, from here there is a stunning view towards Volterra, the Val d’Era valley and the gently rolling hills. The outside is furnished with wrought iron tables and chairs, sun beds, two BBQs, wood oven.
Dogs allowed, though not in July or August. Price 90 EUR/dog
From the house there are only 200 meter to the bar/restaurant, typical restaurant, minimarket and church. Within easy reach, ony a 15 minutes drive, you find a golf course. A tennis court and horse riding are only meters away (rates available locally).
