Unique location with panoramic views as far as the eye reaches
Villa with unique location on the top of the Monsummano Alto mountain that thrones over the valley, Monsummano Terme and Montecatini Terme. At the top of the mountain there is besides the villa an old church (which is open only on Sundays for service at 10:00) and the very good restaurant "La Foresteria" which serves typical Tuscan dishes and has the most enchanting panoramic view of the area. From the villa you can reach both Florence, Lucca, Pisa, San Gimignano and Cinque Terre within 1 hour's drive. In Montecatini Terme and Monsummano Terme there is a large selection of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. A trip with the old funicular railway line up to Montecatini Alto is definitely worth a visit.
With its great location, on the top of the mountain, the villa has panoramic views of the Tuscan countryside as far as the eye can see. The villa has a large private garden with many shady corners, good terraces where you can enjoy the outdoor meals, a terrace with jacuzzi for 6 persons as well as a pool area with pool and sun terrace. Parking on the small square in front of the church, approx. 50 m from the villa. The road up to the villa is paved except for the last 100 m which is gravel road.
The villa is on 2 floors and contains a ground-floor with kitchen, living/dining room with sofa bed, 1 double bedroom and private bathroom with shower and toilet and another double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and toilet.
1st floor: 2 double bedrooms with private bathrooms with shower and toilet plus 1 en-suite bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. This bedroom also has a private bathroom with shower and toilet.
All bedrooms have air conditioning and mosquito net in the windows.
