Lovely villa with panoramic views of the Mediterranean

This nice house is situated in the hills above the charming town of Saint-Aygulf, and it is a traditional Provencal brick house from 1974. The house is situated only 15 min walk to a number of beaches of different nature: long sandy beaches, cliffs and small, more intimate beaches. You can hike on the trails along the coast. The house has a safe, and it is in a very quiet and nice residential area.

The fenced swimming pool is one level lower than the terrace. On the back of the house there is also a spacious garden with space for relaxation and play. The garden is lush with palms, cypress trees, flowering oleander and other Mediterranean vegetation.

There is direct access to the large terrace from the living room, kitchen and one of the bedrooms. Two bedrooms have access to a large balcony. From the terrace and balcony you have views of the mountains inland, the towns of Frejus and Saint-Raphael, Esterel coast and the Mediterranean.

The house offers 6 bedrooms: on the first floor there is 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (can be combined as a double bed) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (can be combined as a double bed) as well as 1 sofa bed. On the ground floor there is 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom (can be combined as a double bed) The last 2 bedrooms are in the basement with windows facing the driveway and are best suited for older children or young people. Here is 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (can be combined as a double bed). One of these has its own bathroom. The driveway outside the garage has space for two more cars.
