Situated in a rural setting on the outskirts of the small charming village of Roquemaure

Lovely holiday home located in a rural setting on the edge of the small charming village of Roquemaure, between Orange and Avignon. The holiday home is just 500 meters from the Rhône River, with great possibilities for running or cycling along the river.The surrounding area offers numerous attractions such as the ancient Roman aqueduct, Le Pont du Gard, named a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1985, the ancient medieval city of Uzès, Avignon with its impressive Pope palace, Orange with its beautiful Roman theater and Nîmes with its many Roman memories. About an hour's drive from the wide, child-friendly sandy beaches of Le Grau du Roi and La Grande Motte.

The holiday home, which is 200 m2, is furnished for 9 persons. It is attached with the owners' house, but is completely without vis-a-vis. The holiday home is situated on a 3000 m2 closed ground partly consisting of lawn, trees and flowers. 2 terraces provide great opportunities to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The large one in front of the house is shady, while the other is covered. There is a large private fenced pool of 8.5 x 4.5 m with pool alarm. Around the pool there are sunbeds and sun loungers. There is a table tennis and swings in the garden. The owner is also willing to lend you his canoe.

The two-storey holiday home consists of the following: ground floor with entrance hall, kitchen, combined living / dining room, 1 double bedroom and ensuite shower room with toilet, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bathroom with tub and separate toilet.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms, one with access from the living room, the other with access from one bedroom. These 2 bedrooms are quite large, one is with double bed, the other with double bed and 1 single bed. Both rooms are air conditioned.
