Enjoy this wonderful accommodation with family or friends, this is the place for everyone to be - with a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a summer kitchen and a boules court, just 10 minutes from the sea!

It is a modern and comfortable villa of 140 m2 + 1 independent annex of 36 m2. The garden offers a swimming pool (8x3.5 meters) which is closed off with a wrought iron fence (for security reasons), as well as sun loungers and play equipment for the children. The villa is in a quiet neighborhood close to Châteauneuf-les-Martigues, where you will find shopping and restaurants and everything you need for a wonderful holiday.

Within 20 min. drive to the port city of Marseille, you find the Vieux-Port (old port), where fishermen sell their catch along the quay and where culture impresses with the Basilique Notre-Dame-de-la-Garde. This church is one of Marseille's most famous landmarks, located on top of a hill overlooking the city and the sea.
