Beautiful holiday apartment located on the 1st floor of the owners property just outside the village Valréas. In Valréas you will find a wide selection of shops and restaurants and within a short drive you can easily go to Nyons, Vaison la Romaine and a lot of other small villages. In the local area there are a lot of vineyards where you can taste the wines of Côtes du Rhone. The nearby mountains are ideal for cycling and hiking.
The holiday apartment is located on the 1st floor and has its own private covered terrace with dining table and lounge furniture overlooking the pool area. The pool is shared with another holiday home located on the property. The pool area is secured by fence and has a covered terrace with pingpong table. On the property there is also a shared petanque area.
The holiday home consists of: kitchen, living room/dining room, 1 bedroom with double bed (160 cm) and dressing room, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (90 cm), 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 separate toilet.
On the property guests will have acces to a room for bicycles that can be locked.
