The property La Corte d'Elsa is located in the small village of Renai 3 km from Castelfiorentino, surrounded by green hills, vineyards and olive groves as far as the eye reaches. We are in the Chianti hills, representing a landscape rich in history and tradition. From the house and garden there is a fabulous panoramic view of the area.
In the nearby town of Castelfiorentino you will find: train station, large supermarket, restaurants, banks, post office, pharmacies, hospital, all kinds of shops, gyms and beauty salon.
The place is a good starting point for excursions in the area. Within an hour's drive you will reach Florence, Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Monteriggioni and the beaches of Pisa.
The apartments are made in an old hayloft from 1800 and restored with respect for the architecture and Tuscan building traditions. It now consists of 5 independent apartments - all with private terrace.
In the common garden you will find private parking, small children's playground, barbecue area as well as lovely pool area with large pool and plenty of space for relaxation.
Apartment Corte 1 is a spacious apartment of 100 m2 in 2 floors and has has air-conditioning, a washing machine, a dishwasher and satellite TV.
On the ground floor you will find a large living room with sofa-bed for 2 persons, the kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet
On the first floor there is two bedrooms with double bed and a second bathroom with shower and toilet.
In front of the house you have a private terrace with garden furniture.
In June and September the apartment can be rented for a minimum of 4 days with flexible arrival date.
From October to end of May the apartment can be rented for a minimum of 2 days with flexible arrival date.
