Child friendly resort with nice pool area
Holiday residence located in the quiet countryside of the municipality of Cecina. The property is located only 1,5 km from the “Gorette” beach and be pine forest along the coast. From here you can easily reach the historic cities as Pisa, Florence, Siena, Volterra and San Gimignano. The nearest town and shops are 2 km away and the nearest restaurant can be reached by foot.
The Holiday residence consists of 2 beautiful houses with a total of 10 apartments. 5 of them are located on the ground floor and has large covered terraces and the other 5 are located on the 1st floor and has each a private terrace in the shared garden.
Beautiful fenced pool area with large pool with children area, plenty of sun loungers and an outdoor shower. Next to the pool there is a nice playground for the smallest children. From the playground a path leads to an area with small animals where children can help the owner feeding the animals.
Reception area where you can buy ice cream and local products. Next to the reception there is an shared eating area with BBQ.

The apartment is located on the ground-floor and has a large private covered terrace with garden furniture on the front side of the house.
