Great location just a few km from the cozy village of Montaione

This charming Agriturismo is located in the middle of the Tuscan countryside a few km from the city center of the cozy village of Montaione. In Montaione you will find a good selection of restaurants, bars, small shops and a supermarked. Within 1 hours drive you can reach the famous historical cities in the area like San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, Florence, Pisa and Lucca.
The property consists of 3 separate houses – Colonica, Tabacccaia and Fienile. In all 3 houses you will find a total of 9 apartments and a reception.
Beautiful infinity pool nestled among olive groves and vineyards complete with whirlpool and children´s pool. The star of the pool is the small waterfall, and the small ones can play in the children’s area where the water gradually gets deeper. The pool is surrounded by a terracotta sun deck, where each apartment has its own sun loungers and parasol. At the end of the pool area there is also a playground where the smallest children can be entertained.
The property has 14 hectares of parkland with BBQ and a panoramic lounge area where you can enjoy the sunrise with a good cup of coffee. Outside the park you will find numerous marked footpaths for excursions from the easiest family tracks to the most challenging routes.
Each apartment has its own outdoor area equipped with table and chairs, so you can eat outside or relax in the sun with a glass of the local wine.
Breakfast service on site – order your morning bread in the reception and pick it up the following morning.

Apartment VULCI of 75 m2 is located on the 1st floor of CASA COLONICA. It overlooks the entire estate and has amazing views from the large windows.
The apartment consists of a kitchen, a living room with large fireplace, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 bathrooms with toilet and shower.
This apartment has its own private pergola of 20 m2.
In low season (2/4 – 16/4, 23/4 – 20/5 + 24/9 – 30/10) 10% discount on 14 days rental.
In middle season (21/5 – 4/6, 18/6 – 2/7 + 3/9 – 24/9) 5% discount on 14 days rental
