Newly built semi-detached house located in beautiful surroundings in the small and peaceful village of Treggiaia, close to the most beautiful cities of Tuscany. In the village you will find grocery shop, bar, butcher and 500 m away pizza restaurant and take-away food. Supermarket and other shops within 4 km. Excellent starting point for trips to the beach (30 min. Drive) and visits to the beautiful cities of Pisa, Lucca, Florence, San Gimignano and Volterra. Only a short drive away you will also find the fabulous SPA “terme di Casciana”.
The house is built next to the main villa (our ref. i5.406) and the owners live nearby and are very helpful. They are happy to advise the guests for wine tastings, visits to the wineries, shopping, and where to find good restaurants or pizzerias. The house has its own independant entrance, private parking and a small garden with deck chairs and barbeque.
The house is in 2 floors and consists of: ground-floor (entrance level) with kitchen, living room with sofa bed and bathroom with shower and toilet. From the kitchen a large sliding doors opens onto a covered loggia equipped with table and chairs. An ideal place to enjoy your outside meals and the beautiful sunsets over the Tuscan countryside and the olive grove on the property.
A staircase leads up to the 1st floor where you will find 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
The house is equipped with modern and comfortable furniture. All floors have underfloor heating and all windows has mosquito nets incorporated.
