VILLA DI COLLINA is a historic villa in Tuscany, located near the village of Vicchio in the Mugello region, also known as “The Switzerland of Tuscany”. The villa is situated just 35 km North of Florence, in a dominant position with a magnificent view over the Tuscan countryside.

Its location allows easy day trips to many popular destinations in Tuscany such as Florence (35 km), Arezzo and San Gimignano (70 km) Siena (80 km), Pisa and Lucca (90 km). Rome is only 3 hours away by motorway. Most destinations can also be reached by train from the station of Vicchio through Florence. In the local area you will find a good selection of restaurants and shopping facilities.

The villa has a 10.000 m2 walled-in garden with century old trees, a panoramic terrace with dining table and outstanding views over the surrounding countryside and a large swimming pool of 12 x 5 m for the exclusive use of guests. In the garden you will also find a romantic grotto.

Golf courses, tennis courts and a riding school are in the vicinity. Lago di Bilancino, a large lake 20 km from the villa, offers water sports such as sailing and windsurfing.

Villa di Collina is available as a vacation rental all year round and provides accommodations for 14 guests. The villa consists of a ground-floor with a large reception hall, living room, dining room, drawing room, spacious eat-in country kitchen, 1 bedroom with double bed, 2 bedrooms with each 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet.
A beautiful staircase will take you to the 1st floor with contains of a living room, 2 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bedrooms with each 2 single beds, 3 bathrooms with shower and toilet and 1 bathroom with shower/bathtub and toilet. Alle the bedrooms on the 1st floor have ensuite bathrooms.

The backside of the villa is for private use but only a caretaker lives there. Guests have exclusive use of the garden, pool and the premises as above described. Complete privacy is ensured.

For multiple weeks rentals there is a 10% discount for every week following the 1st one
