Villa located in quiet surroundings close to the center of the charming village of Cotignac. The villa is within walking distance (only 1.3 km) of the village center with its restaurants, bars and shops.

The area offers cozy medieval villages, opportunities for wine tasting, good restaurants, good hiking and cycling routes, magnificent nature and Mediterranean beaches within approx. 1 hour drive.

Cotignac is charming and totally unspoiled. It oozes Provencal charm with its old stone houses, cozy streets and beautiful old house facades.

The villa is situated on a sloping plot with a beautiful view from the large living room, the large terraces and the infinity pool.
It contains a large living room with a spacious open kitchen, a total of 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms and 6 toilets.

On the ground floor there are 5 bedrooms each with an integrated shower (+3 toilets, of which 1 toilet is good for the elderly as it is in direct connection with a room with a bed of 180x200cm)

Self-contained studio on the ground floor with 1 bedroom with bathroom and separate toilet.

Small older house with 2 bedrooms located in the garden below the villa, contains living room and kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Steep stairs to 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor. The house is best for teenagers or young couples.

NB: The villa has not been completely modernized and therefore shows some signs of wear and tear.
