Very well furnished and family friendly holiday home in beautiful surroundings at Castelfiorentino

The villa is situated in a small and charming village called Renai, 3 km from Castelfiorentino, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. In the small village of Castelfiorentino you will find: railway station, supermarket, banks, post office, pharmacies, hospital, all kind of shops, gyms and beauty centre.

The villa has a large garden, from where you will able to admire the wonderful view of the Tuscan hills and its beautiful sunsets, in a complete silence that only the country can offer to you; you can have a good time in the panoramic terrace or enjoy the swimming pool situated in an olive grove, on the back of the building, in complete privacy, with annexed solarium zone, reserved only to the guests of the villa.

The villa was originally used as a hayloft and now stands in a typical Tuscan style with wooded beams, handmade bricks, hand painted tilework, beautiful colours and antique furniture.

The villa is on 2 levels and contains: living room, dining room, kitchen, 5 bedrooms: Camelia, Glicine, Malva reale, Calendula and Caprifoglio, 4 of them with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds. The Caprifoglio is situated on the ground floor and has an “en suite” bathroom. The other 2 bathrooms have bath or shower.
There are insect screens on all windows in the house and fans in all bedrooms.

2 extra beds can be arranged (70 EUR/bed). Breakfast (7 EUR/person), Tuscan dinner in the villa with home chef (30-40 EUR/person), Pizza party (20 EUR/person) and towels for the swimming pool (5 EUR/person) can be arranged.

Only small dogs are allowed on request.
