Nice garden and large pool and suitable for the big family

An old 1800's farmhouse, decorated with great care while maintaining its architectural style as well as its original details. Situated in the Lucca countryside, it is near the villa of the owner but at the same time, completely independent and surrounded by a spacious garden which is shaded by centuries old trees, with a fully equipped swimming pool for the exclusive use of our guests as well as a gazebo and covered parking area. The villa is situated in a very quiet area.

Ground floor: 2 living areas, both with fireplaces, and a large kitchen/dining area, 1 double room, 1 bathroom with shower and tub (can be accessed directly from outside and suitable for the handicapped); wine tasting corner. The outdoor covered dining area in communication with the kitchen, the BBQ, the dining area and one of the sitting rooms, allows guests to enjoy a bright light until sundown and the view of the garden and swimming pool, while watching the children play.

First floor: 2 double rooms, 2 bedrooms with 2 sing beds each, loft area overlooking the living room with 2 single sofa bed, 3 baths with shower, closet with washing machine.

Possibility of maid, babysitter, breakfast, lunch and dinner, to be ordered at least one week before arrival. Cleaning and linen change can be ordered locally.
