The elevated private domaine is situated 3km from the charming medieval town of Roquebrune-sur-Argens and 10km from the sandy beach resorts of St Aygulf and Fréjus on the Côte d’Azur. Surrounded by the 5 Star Golf Resort, the domaine boasts stunning views of the Mediterranean to the south and the Alps to the north. Fresh fruit and vegetables and other local produce can be purchased just a few hundred metres away and a well-stocked supermarket and excellent bakery are a short drive from the domaine.

The pretty Provence style villa is situated on the peaceful western side of the domaine with views over the forest nature reserve towards the stunning rock that gives Roquebrune its name. The beautiful enclosed swimming/paddling pool (30x10m) with views over Fréjus and St Raphael is a short walk away from the villa. There are sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool. In addition, three tennis courts and a petanque court are available for all visitors.

Built in 2002 and recently renovated, the 2 storey villa is 116m2 with terraces on either side. The west facing terrace is partly covered for dining and the main bedroom also has a large sunny balcony. The ground floor comprises an open-plan kitchen/living/dining room with large screen TV and A/C. There is a separate guest toilet. A bedroom with double bed (160x200) and ensuite shower room with toilet is also on this level. Upstairs the main bedroom has a large double bed (180x200), a desk (WiFi) and doors opening onto the balcony. A second bedroom at this level has two single beds (90x190) and is located next to the bathroom with shower and toilet.

Note that there is only aircon in the living room.
