Beautiful farmhouse in a rural setting with beautiful views over the surrounding countryside and the rolling hills of Burgundy in the distance. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the typical French lifestyle "a la campagne".

The villa is surrounded by a large garden of 5,000m2. In the garden you will find a large pool area with heated pool and jacuzzi and a sun terrace with pergolas where you can relax in the sun. In front of the house there is a terrace with garden furniture and a large covered outdoor area where you can spend your evenings or afternoons dining or sipping local wine. There is also a BBQ and table tennis in this area. There is plenty of space for children to play football and other outdoor activities in the large garden.

The traditional farmhouse is divided into 2 separate apartments - each for 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - making this holiday home perfect for 2 families travelling together. The apartments are located in an old barn that has been completely renovated with original elements and equipped with all modern comforts.
Each apartment consists of

- A spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining table and wood burning stove.
- Separate toilet on the ground floor
- Bathroom with shower and toilet on the first floor
- 2 double bedrooms with twin beds (90x200) on the first floor
- 1 double bedroom with twin beds (90x200) on the second floor with en-suite shower room and washbasin.
