Located in the northern part of Umbria close to both Perugia, Arezzo, Cortona and Asissi.

The charming, typical stone house “Casa Uliveto” is nestles in a hillside close to the small village of Mulino Vitelli and only a few minutes drive from Città di Castello and Umbertide. We are in the Northern part of Umbria, on the border to Tuscany, close to both Perugia, Arezzo, Cortona, Asissi. Gubbi and the big Lake Trassimeno.
The nearest town is Umbertide, where there are both supermarkets, pharmacy, bars & restaurants, petrol stations and wide range of shops. The lovely restaurant, “I Girasoli di Sant’Andrea” is just 5 minutes walk down the hill from the villa serving a wide range of traditional Tuscan & Umbrian food and offers Wine/Olive tour & Tasting.

The beautiful surroundings invite you to enjoy many outdoor activities, such as walking/hiking, wine-tasting, truffle hunting, cooking workshops and also yoga classes.

The farmhouse is located in very private surroundings and has beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. Here you can leave behind your everyday life and enjoy the silence.

In the large garden with lavender, olive and fruit trees, you will find the private, infinity swimming pool surrounded by a sun deck and a terrace with gazebo. One level below in the garden is the private tennis court.

The villa can accommodate a large groups of people/families travelling together. The villa can be enjoyed all year around and is designed so it can be both spacious and intimate with 2 independent livings. It is beautifully decorated in a rustic style with wooden beamed ceilings and terracotta floors.

Each of the 2 independent units consists of a ground-floor with a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room and dining area. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The house can host a total of 16 persons with 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
