Just 30 min drive from the Mediterranean Sea at Cannes Mandelieu

This cosy old townhouse is located in the heart of the beautiful medieval town of Fayence, which exudes Provencal charm and atmosphere. The medieval town of Fayence is the perfect base from which to explore the best that Provence has to offer: hiking and cycling in the mountains as well as the famous cities of Nice, Cannes and St-Tropez.

Fayence is a relatively large village with many good restaurants and cafes. There is a market 3 times a week where you can buy fresh fruit from local farmers. There is a large boules court in the centre of town where everyone is welcome to play (balls are in the house). There is also a fantastic golf course, tennis courts and a large local outdoor swimming pool.

The house is on several levels, connected by a staircase with solid handrails and wide steps (no spiral staircase).

The 25m2 kitchen/living room is at street level with direct access to the garden/terrace. This is also the front door to the house. The garden has a table, chairs and a large parasol. This is a great place to enjoy family meals during the summer. On the ground floor there is a large bedroom of approximately 30m2 with a fireplace and a bathroom with fitted wardrobes, bidet and shower.

On the floor above the kitchen/dining room there is a large living room of 35m2 with a fireplace. This leads to 2 bedrooms, one with fitted wardrobes and a single bed. The other has a single bed and a large chest of drawers. On this floor there is a large bathroom with bath and shower.

Upstairs there is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes. There is also a lovely roof terrace with table and chairs. From here you have a fantastic view over the beautiful roofs of the city.

The house is equipped with books/games/music/music/art and beautiful comfortable furniture. All rooms have high ceilings. The house is located next to a pedestrian street - which means peace and quiet. Following the pedestrian street takes you directly into the city with city life and restaurants.

Parking space is available close to the house.

Small dogs are welcome.
