Beautiful villa located in the countryside just outside the small town of Terranuova Bracciolini in the province of Arezzo. In the town, which can be reached by foot, you will find both shops and restaurants. Easy access to the Valdarno Motorway exit is located only 5 min. drive away and both Arezzo, Siena and Florence can be reached within 1 hour’s drive.
The villa is accessed directly from the main road via an electric gate and inside the gates there are parking for several cars. Just outside the gates you will also find a bus stop if you would like to use the public transportation. The villa is located on the summit of a hill and has wonderful views over the surrounding countryside. The plot itself is a sloping plot and is al fenced. It has a large variety of plants and down the hill there are olive- and fruit trees.
The pool is located in the front of the villa and is surrounded by a sun terrace where you can relax in the sun. On one side of the villa, with direct access from the kitchen, there is a large, covered veranda where you can enjoy all your outdoor meals. On the rear of the house there is another loggia with table, chairs BBQ and an old pizza oven. So there are plenty of cozy spots for all times of the day.
The villa is in 3 levels and kept in a typical, original Tuscan style. It has a warm atmosphere and is furnished and decorated with great taste. The main entrance is on the ground-floor through the arched loggia. The ground-floor consists of an entrance hall, a spacious living room/dining room with direct access to the pool and garden, a laundry room/bathroom with washing machine and a large kitchen with access to a cozy veranda.
On the 1st floor there are a small living room and 5 bedrooms. 1 bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower and toilet, 2 bedrooms with each 2 single beds that share a bathroom with shower and toilet, 1 bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a small office, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bathroom with shower.
In the tower you will find a small bedroom with 2 single beds.
The caretaker of the house lives in a separate house behind the house, but is not a nuisance to the guests
